You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the jadi007 platform. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement. jadi007 actively verifies player age as part of its KYC process.
Each player may hold only one active account with jadi007. Multiple accounts constitute a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice.
All promotions and bonuses offered by jadi007 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonus terms are published at the time of each promotion. Misuse of promotions will result in bonus forfeiture.
All withdrawal requests require completed KYC identity verification. jadi007 reserves the right to perform additional checks on large withdrawals in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations applicable to the platform.
Use of automated tools, collusion, fraud, chargebacks, and any form of system exploitation are strictly prohibited on jadi007. Violations will result in permanent account termination and potential legal referral.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jadi007.net ("jadi007", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using the jadi007 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the jadi007 Platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. jadi007 will verify Player age as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the jadi007 Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. jadi007 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
2.3 Mental Capacity. By using the Platform, you represent that you are acting in your own capacity, are of sound mind, and are not in a vulnerable position regarding gambling or gaming activities. jadi007 strongly encourages players experiencing gambling-related difficulties to contact our responsible gaming support team.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one Account with jadi007 at any time. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identifying details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jadi007 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit all associated balances without prior notice.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information at the time of Account creation and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your Account. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.
3.3 Identity Verification. jadi007 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require a Player to provide documentary evidence of identity, age, address, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your jadi007 Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise made available to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your Account, is strictly prohibited.
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jadi007 Account credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or any security codes associated with your Account with any third party.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify jadi007 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jadi007 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
4.3 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access the jadi007 Platform is protected against malware, unauthorised access, and other security threats. jadi007 recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available.
5.1 Accepted Methods. jadi007 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time at jadi007's discretion.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30, unless otherwise specified in a relevant promotional offer. jadi007 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been used to deposit into the same Account and which has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. jadi007 will process standard withdrawal requests within one (1) business day, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security review.
5.4 Withholding Rights. jadi007 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms; (c) a chargeback has been initiated against a previous deposit; or (d) required under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the jadi007 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied to Malaysian Ringgit transactions.
6.1 Promotion Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional offers available on the jadi007 Platform are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal caps. These terms are published at the time each promotion is made available.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Abuse of Promotions. jadi007 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where it determines that a Player has abused or exploited any promotional offer. Indicators of abuse include but are not limited to: systematic betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; and coordinated play between Accounts.
6.4 Eligibility. jadi007 reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for promotions at its sole discretion. Not all promotions are available to all Players. jadi007 may exclude individual Players from specific promotions where there is reasonable cause to do so.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the jadi007 Platform is governed by its own rules, which are made available within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or system failure that affects the outcome or recording of a game, jadi007 reserves the right to void the affected game round(s) and refund applicable wagers. jadi007 will not be liable for any losses purportedly arising from technical malfunctions beyond such refund.
7.3 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the jadi007 Platform are subject to acceptance by jadi007 at its sole discretion. jadi007 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void bets at any time without prior notice, particularly in circumstances involving pricing errors or unusual betting patterns.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jadi007 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 Ownership. All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the jadi007 Platform are owned by or licensed to jadi007. No licence or right to use any jadi007 intellectual property is granted to Players except as strictly necessary for the purpose of accessing and using the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
9.2 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the jadi007 Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from jadi007.
10.1 General. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jadi007 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 Platform Availability. jadi007 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond jadi007's reasonable control may result in Platform downtime. jadi007 will not be liable for any losses attributable to Platform unavailability.
10.3 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that you participate in all games and betting activities at your own risk. jadi007 is not responsible for any losses incurred through the normal course of gambling on the Platform.
11.1 Commitment. jadi007 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity. These tools include deposit limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the jadi007 Platform may request self-exclusion through the Account settings or by contacting the jadi007 support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, jadi007 will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform.
11.3 Age Restriction. The jadi007 Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. jadi007 does not permit minors to register or use the Platform under any circumstances. Where jadi007 suspects or discovers that a minor has accessed the Platform, the relevant Account will be immediately suspended and any funds will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations.

12.1 By jadi007. jadi007 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in cases of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) reasonable suspicion of money laundering; or (e) any other conduct jadi007 deems prejudicial to the Platform or its users.
12.2 By the Player. Players may close their Account at any time by contacting the jadi007 support team. Account closure requests are subject to the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance in accordance with applicable withdrawal terms.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account, the Player's right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any bonus funds credited to the Account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player in accordance with verified payment methods, subject to any applicable hold or investigation.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jadi007 operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and jadi007, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. jadi007 commits to investigating all complaints in good faith and to providing a written response within ten (10) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
jadi007 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent Platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect. Your continued use of the jadi007 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
